Where is my favorite Fully Loaded flavor/product? Is my favorite product out of stock?
If you no longer see your favorite product available in our shop, then we have discontinued making that product as of May 2022 or if it contains nicotine, you will find it HERE, due to new FDA regulations. Only a handful of products were discontinued, so you should be able to find plenty of great options to help you stay tobacco-free!

Is Fully Loaded an FDA-approved product?
As of May 2022, Fully Loaded has filed all the necessary applications, scientific lab research and support for our products. The FDA may take years to officially "approve" products, but you have our word that we are going to keep fighting for YOU and your right to access tobacco-free alternatives. Sign up to our email list so we can keep you updated (as well as special discounts and promotions).
ALPHA, ALPHA Fuel, and Dryv products do NOT contain nicotine.

How fast will my order be shipped?
We ship via USPS, UPS and FEDEX. Your order will (most likely) arrive 3-5 business days after you place it. We are, unfortunately, at the mercy of their schedule, so sometimes shipments arrive earlier or later than expected. (Also, orders placed on a Friday after 2pm will most likely not be shipped until the following Monday. We apologize for any inconvenience this causes.)
Are you able to ship internationally?
On our main website, we ship to the US and Australia. We have a dedicated store for Canadian Customers and it can be found here:

We offer a wide array of products in our Canadian store that are compliant with import and health laws of Canada. Most packages to Canada will arrive in 15 days or less. The customs process takes longer that domestic shipping in the USA.
Do you ship to military bases?
We absolutely do - and thank you for your service. Make sure that your APO/FPO is properly formatted. See the examples below to make sure your dip gets to you.

HOW DO I USE MY POINTS?
On the bottom left corner of our webpage is the small green button that says "Earn Points", that will take you to the points redemption.
You simply redeem your points for a promo code that you use on your next purchase.
You cannot use that code towards a subscription, the softwares don't work together so it needs to be used on an order other than subscriptions. Most subscribers simply skip an order in the subscription and order using points.
Can I change or update my subscription myself? How much dip I'm getting, or when I'm getting it?
Just follow these steps to change your quantity and swap out flavors - you can even change how often you're getting your dip, or skip a delivery. You need an account so make sure your account is activated. Go to

- On the subscription you'd like to edit, click on "manage," a dropdown will appear
