I use the fuel in the morning, along with a white Monster, and that gets me to work (or I'd just turn around and use PTO). Then at first break, replace the spent pouch with another fuel. Lunch, no cravings (I only eat supper, just fluids through the day), another fuel replacement pouch. 2nd break at 1400, pop in non-fuel pouch and I'm chill for the ride home. Then I can actually talk to my wife at night without getting stressed about what I need to do the next day (deadlines and oversight). Have supper, can SLEEP, repeat the next day. Only time I need additional is in the morning, because work, and when the boss tries to overload me. But he just smiles when I reach for my can, because he knows it's about to get real. Sometimes he just walks up and says "might want to grab that can of yours, because we just got word from engineering." I've been caught smiling, and even my work phone won't unlock if I smile. Haven't chewed anyone out in a month or so either. This stuff works!
I never even bought these but a buddy of mine gave me 2 cans and I went through them like candy. I never used anything even remotely close to a zyn or any nicotine or even alcohol but I would be lying if I didn't say that I wouldn't buy these.
These things are awesome. As a gamer focus and energy are important. I can definitely tell a difference when I have these. The flavor is amazing! Highly recommend.

Felt reluctant to buy this but honestly needed something else to give me energy and satisfy the need for something minty—and-whoa-this stuff has potent long lasting mint! As far as focus and energy I give it 7 out of 10-I feel a bit tempted to chew on it but I advise don’t do it bc it bust open and some type of papery stuff comes out. It feels extremely weird having a piece of what feels like thick wet paper towel in your mouth-but hey if it works,then it works! I’d advise to give it a try bc you definitely get an electric shock of energy right away but I couldn’t hold the thing in mouth beyond 15 mins-hence that is probably why I ended up with 5 WHOLE containers of the stuff. .

I like this product, it carries around easy. After taking one I feel awake and focused but not jittery or agitated. It has really saved me money on expensive energy drinks. In addition I love that it has nootropics the ALPHA GPC and L-TYROSINE are a huge selling point.
